This quarter, we swapped our coding marathon for a LEGO Challenge, one of the ultimate team-building experiences! Teams across BlueBitSoft gathered to tackle a unique challenge: constructing a LEGO design—without seeing it! Here’s how it worked:
In this exercise, only the Designer could see the finished design, and they had to verbally describe it to the Lead Builder (acting like a Product Manager). The Lead Builder then passed on instructions to the Builders, who never saw the design themselves but had to recreate it as accurately as possible. That’s where the real challenge started! Communication, trust, and teamwork were put to the test, brick by brick.
This experience taught us some valuable lessons:
1. Strengthened team bonds and sparked new connections across departments.
2. Reinforced the importance of clear communication, reminding us how much impact every detail can have.
3. Showed us the power of working toward a common goal, even with limited information.
It was a day filled with laughs, learning, and a reminder of how much we can achieve together when we rely on each other’s strengths.
Looking forward to more events that push us to grow as a team and create unforgettable memories.
